Blackwater FallsI live in one of the most beautiful areas in the world.
Here are a few things I like about where I'm living:
I do not encounter a single stop light during my 20 minute commute to work each day.
I see more deer on my way to work than cars.
I live 2 miles away from a coffeehouse that has live bluegrass bands 3 nights a week.
Corportate America does not exist here. The closest Wal-Mart is 45 minutes away; McDonalds- 25 min away.
You can go rock climbing a mile from my house.
There is a rockin bluegrass jam every Thurs night up the street from my place.
People here are not caught up in image, and they're nice.

Welcome back to the states, Hello its Shawna. Dane and I have thoughly enjoyed catching up with you or what feels like you with your blog :) It has been wonderful to hear where the Lord has brought you and the ways that he has and is still using you. I have not seen your sight in about 6 months and have enjoyed going through your archives. Do you still converse with Beth, she might be in for a visit soon. Dane and I want to let you know that just in case you would like to visit a big city, we are now living in a small town on the ourskirts of Pittsburgh where Wal-mart is only 8 miles away:) You are more than welcome to come for a visit to meet our twins, Conlin and Alina. I am familiar with the area that you now reside, I have a step-brother who has done theater down in Thomas. Look forward to hearing from you.
