Some square in Philadelphia, I forget what it's called.Love Park- Philadelphia, PA

I've been busy since my last post. Here are the highlights: I went on a weekend trip to Philadelphia, went to a Jewish seder, sold my Mustang, and bought a Subaru.

The trip to Philadelphia was great. I went with my dad and my two sisters. We went because little sister Michelle had to go to a freshman orientation at the college she's going to next year. Michelle's college is ridiculous...check out these pics from U. Penn...

Saturday I traded in my Mustang for a 2002 Subaru Outback Legacy. I ended up talking them up $1000 on my mustang and down $1000 on the Subaru. Unfortunately the check engine light came on about 15 min. after I pulled the Subaru off of the dealer's lot. I have to drive all the way back to Washington, P.A. (about 2 hours and 20 min) on Fri so they can see what's wrong with my car. I'm pretty irritated about that. Also, I have a really bad taste in my mouth about the dealer and the dealership I bought this car from. They tried to rip me off and it got a little ugly.

Thurs night I went to a seder dinner at Billy's. It was heil gezelig (very cozy). It was cool to catch up with some Morgantown people and to learn more about my Christian roots.

We are way understaffed at work. It's ridiculous. One mentor has left every week for the past 3 weeks and we were understaffed before that! We're hurting. Anyone need a job? Interested in working with at-risk youth? They aren't as scary as they sound.

Work has been amazing. I've had really great conversations with people. There isn't anything more fulfulling in life than helping people!

Well, that about does it for me.

Hey,

Are you anti-technology now that you are in Davis? Haven't seen an update in a bit. Just wondering what's happening in the big city!
