Doing Great

The last 3 days have been WONDERFUL! Ok, let's start with Sun, my day off. I slept in, had a really blessed time with God reading the book of James and praying, then I walked to the Shelter, where I saw my friend Benjamin who then bought me my first falaffel (sp?). Benjamin, Freek, and I hung out and ate falaffels for a while then I went back to the Shelter where I saw Marco. Marco and I then went to the Concertgebouw and saw the Kronos string quartet perform. It was amazing. What a day.

Yesterday I slept in, had another blessed morning with the Lord, then I went to a shopping street with my roommates, Nynke and Katya. I bought I bunch of stuff that I needed, dropped all of my pics off to be developed and hung out with the girls in Hema for a while over coffee. So nice! That evening I ran into Adeleida in the kitchen as she was cooking dinner and she invited me to have dinner with her. So, we had a very dutch dinner with greek desert, and great conversation.

Today we had a great small group meeting. Great time of worshipping our Lord who is so worthy. I had to cook for 75 people today instead of 20 and do you know it was the easiest shift I think I've ever had? I even had time to make a journal! What a blessing!

Tomorrow I get to pick up all of my pictures. Yay.
