Before I proceed let me give you some info: Podolski is my old orchestra and private violin teacher; I studied under him for 10 years. Belchick is my other old orchestra teacher that I took private lessons from in 4th grade. Belchick took a two month paternity leave from Jan-March 2005 (right after I graduated from college and right before I went to Amsterdam). I was his permanent sub for 2 months while he was gone.

So, Podolski called me yesterday to tell me that Belchick has an interview for a strings job in some fancy shmancy district in Pittsburgh. Belchick has already talked to the principal and the current strings teacher and he is their prime candidate. If he gets the job in Pittsburgh, then the job in Wheeling will become available.

All this is happening now that I can play my violin again. Coincidence?

I had an epiphany a few weeks ago while I was praying and sorting some stuff out with God. It was that my whole life has led up to me being an orchestra teacher. I am a strings teacher. That is where most of my talents lie.

Well, I'm praying that God's will be done. I just looked at the clock and I have 30 min to shower before work. Gotta go.
