I found an apartment in victorian Wheeling, and I verbally agreed to lease it for a year. As I was cleaning the apartment on Fri. I found out that it has a major flea problem...I have about 15 flea bites on each ankle. So, I'm going to call my landlord today to see if she will bomb the place before I move in. The apartment is pretty expensive so I'm going to try to find a roommate before the winter.
I'm supposed to be officially hired by the board of education today. I really hope there aren't any snags and it all goes through. The board should give me a call this morning to let me know if I'm hired...hopefully I'll be signing a contract by this afternoon.
I have a bunch of stuff to do, so I better go and do it.

Three questions:
1. I love how you say "landlord" when it's a woman. Is the term "landlady" policitally incorrect now as well? :)
